Corrections

Corrections do not silently rewrite history.

Reports may cover facts, original questions, explanations, images, accessibility, translation, rights, or security. A report is not publication. Accepted changes retain stable identities and correction history where applicable.

No attachments are accepted in v1. Suspected secure material must not be reproduced and, after any future activation, would enter a nonpublic hold without confirming whether it is genuine.
